In 2011, I ventured into the world of yachting in the breathtaking Whitsundays, merging my love for the ocean and gastronomy. Combining my passion for cooking with thrilling activities like kiteboarding, surfing, foiling, and spearfishing while travelling the globe has become my unmatched lifestyle.

Recently, I embarked on a new adventure with Tradewind Charters in 2021. This remarkable vessel shares my deep fascination for adventure and embraces the beauty of life on the water. It takes me to some of the most remote and captivating destinations worldwide, making every journey an absolute delight. Having just returned from an exhilarating super yacht season in the Mediterranean, I am eager to continue my culinary exploration and bring unique flavours from around the globe to discerning palates.

 
 

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours before the experience for a full refund. You must cancel for a full refund at least 24 hours before the experience's start time. 

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience's start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. 

  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience's start time will not be accepted. 

  • Cut-off times are based on the experience's local time. 

  • This experience requires good weather. 

  • If the cruise is cancelled due to poor weather, you will be offered a different date or a full refund.
